Preferred RV Resort has been proudly owned by its members for over 20 years, offering a unique community and a range of exclusive benefits and special rates for members (see “Membership” for details). You don’t need to be a member to enjoy our resort—we welcome all guests who want to experience our amenities and hospitality. The resort is also affiliated with several premier camping clubs and discount programs, providing additional ways to enjoy your stay. Our standard rates and basic terms are outlined below.

RV Sites

Member Rate

  • $16.75 per night for all stays beyond included membership nights

Affiliate Programs ~ Reservations for affiliate programs must be made directly through the respective organization

  • Coast to Coast: Use your points and pay $6.75 + $25 resort fee per night

  • Resort Parks International (RPI): $16.75 per night

  • Resorts of Distinction (ROD): $3 + $25 resort fee per night

Discount Programs

  • Good Sam: With a 10% discount, $49.05 per night 

  • Passport America: $27.25 per night

Public Rates (no affiliation)

  • Daily: $54.50 per night

  • Weekly: $277.95 per week

  • Monthly: $698 per month (no tax; maximum four-month stay)

Additional Information

  • Tow trailers of any kind (enclosed, flatbed, etc.) may remain on-site for up to 30 days. Longer stays require arrangements with local storage facilities.

  • Background Check Requirement: All stays of 14 nights or longer for non-members require a $47 per person background check.

Cabin Rentals

Preferred RV Resort offers ten non-smoking park-model cabins for guests seeking a comfortable stay.

 

Public Rates

  • Sunday–Thursday: $114.91 per night

  • Friday, Saturday & certain holidays: $159.60 per night

  • Deposit: $250.00 via credit card on file

  • Minimum Stay: 2 nights

  • Reservations: Cabin bookings cannot be made online. Please call 775-727-4414 to reserve your cabin. While we cannot guarantee a specific cabin, we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences.
